The original shower panelling product, our Breeze White Shower Panel has a plywood core with a white Laminate face. Such is the quality of this product, it has been certified an NHS Pre-Approved Product and was also pre-approved by the Olympic 2012 Committee for use in any Olympic buildings.
Panel Cross Section
Square cut edges work with aluminium joint extrusions which allow for on site cutting, the edges being covered by the aluminium trim extrusions. This allows for faster installation.
General Installation Notes
Panels can be fixed direct to battens or walls using Breeze panel adhesive. It is recommended that the panels are fixed to battens to provide air space behind. Fix treated timber battens approximately 45mm x 21mm horizontally with one at the head and one at the base of the panels. Additional horizontal battens should be a maximum distance of 500mm apart. They should be parallel to each other and plumb to give a solid ground for fixing the panels with Breeze adhesive. Additional battens should be used behind wash hand basins, towel rails and other heavy items to give a secure fixing.

The Breeze shower Panels are connected together with 4 types of extrusions. Select the type, colour and quantity you require from the menus above to add to your order. Illustrations below are shown with the ‘black leaf’ design (only available in 1200mm Wide).
Batch Shading Advice.
As with all decorative products, difference in shading can occur between batches. Please ensure you order enough for the job in hand (order alittle more than you think). When you take delivery – please check the shades and colours onsite before installation – after installation we cannot replace shower panels.
When installing the Breeze Shower Panels, we only recommend our products. They have been tried and tested to adhere the panels to a straight wall or wooden frame in accordance with our instructions. Add them to your order above. You will need approximately 1 cartridge of Adhesive and 1 cartridge of Sealant for installation of each panel.
